We understand that sometimes a change in team members is necessary, and we’re fully committed to making transitions smooth and seamless. If a replacement is required, we’ll promptly identify and onboard a new team member to fit your project’s needs. To ensure continuity, we offer a two-week free onboarding period for the new team member, allowing for a thorough knowledge transfer so your project progresses without any disruption.

Yes, direct communication is encouraged! You’ll have full access to your team, including daily stand-ups, regular meetings, and instant messaging tools. This helps maintain transparency and ensures your team understands your evolving requirements.

In our vEmployee model, project management is typically led by the customer, allowing you to directly align development priorities with your specific business goals. While our people supervisors focus on supporting team productivity and performance, they do not handle day-to-day project management. However, if you need additional project management support, we offer the option to hire dedicated or part-time Scrum Masters who can manage sprints, ensure alignment with your priorities, and provide structure to the agile development process. Our agile methodology also provides transparency, enabling you to track project progress and milestones through sprint-based updates and clear visibility into all ongoing tasks.
